What we collect

SLOPPY TV works without an account. We collect only what the app needs to function:

A chosen display name — the handle you pick for chat. It is not verified and need not be your real name.
Chat messages and conjure prompts you submit, stored with your handle and a timestamp so they can be shown in the room and reviewed for safety.
Photos you attach to a conjure (optional) — uploaded only when you choose one and used as the visual seed for the content you requested. Conjured transmissions are generated automatically and play only on your own screen; a conjure appears on the shared broadcast only if our team selects it.
An optional account — if you choose to create one, your email address and a password, used to reserve your handle and carry your coin balance across devices. Accounts can be deleted in the app at any time.
An anonymous wallet identifier — a random ID stored on your device that tracks your coin balance and passes. It is not linked to your identity.
A push notification token — only if you grant notification permission.
Purchase records — receipts are verified with Apple or Google to credit your purchase. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, we do not collect contacts, location, or browsing history, and we do not use your photos or messages to train AI models or for anything other than the feature you invoked and safety review.

Retention & deletion

Chat messages age out of the live room automatically. Uploaded seed photos, conjure prompts, and generated transmissions are retained for as long as needed to operate the service (including your saved conjures and replays), to enforce our zero-tolerance content terms, and to comply with legal obligations. To have your content, wallet, or push token deleted, email support@screamify.com from the device in question with your handle — we complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

SLOPPY TV is horror content intended for viewers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
